As of January 1, 2010, the electronic measurement instruments division of Asahi Keiki Co., Ltd. was transferred to Watanabe Electric Industry Co., Ltd.
As a result, signal converters and digital panel meters formerly manufactured by Asahi Keiki are now produced and sold by Watanabe Electric Industry.
