If a failure occurs within the warranty period due to reasons attributable to our company, we will provide a replacement product or repair the defective item free of charge.
However, the warranty does not cover failures caused by any of the following:
- 1.Use outside the conditions, environment, or handling specified in the product specifications
- 2.Modification or repair of the structure, performance, or specifications by parties other than our company
- 3.Causes attributable to products other than ours
- 4.Cases that could not have been foreseen at the time of shipment given the state of scientific or technical knowledge
- 5.Other reasons not attributable to our company, such as natural disasters, calamities, or force majeure
Please note that this warranty applies only to the product itself, and does not cover any damages resulting from product failure or defects.
