Power Transducer

A power transducer is a device that converts calculated power data into an analog signal. In the field of instrumentation, “power” refers to values such as the generated output of generators, output at substations, and the power consumption of motors, all of which are converted into analog signals for continuous central monitoring.

Types of power transducers include power/energy transducers (where energy = power per unit of time), power factor transducers, and phase transducers, among others.
